William Wojtowicz, the owner of Premiere Contractors, will visit your home. He will look with a builder's eye at the layout, the style and the individual character, noting small architectural details. He may measure, take photographs, sketch details, but most of all he will listen. Because this is your chance to say exactly what you want and how you want to live in the space we create.

We can work with you, your architect, interior designer and/or kitchen designer. Or if you prefer, we can help you choose an architect or interior designer that will help turn your dreams into reality.

Once plans and finances are agreed, we begin building your project. Your personal project manager will arrange every detail of the project. Our carpenters and staff are craftsmen in their own right. But don't forget it's made just for you, so it takes a little time.

When the last piece has been fitted into the grand design and the final flourishes added, we'll be back again. We will check every detail with you before asking for final payment. Partly it's just pride, because we love to see our projects realized. But in the end it's your idea, your design and your new space to enjoy. We just bring it to life.
